Digital Transformation Profile
We are seeking a senior practitioner with deep expertise in digital transformation, technology-enabled change, and modern operating models. This role will contribute strategic insight to ensure DCMI’s work reflects current and emerging practices across industries and regions.
Ideal background includes:
- Leadership experience in digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of technology, data, and organizational change.
- Board-level, advisory, or senior executive experience.
- A global or cross-sector perspective.
Transformation Leadership Profile
We are also seeking a seasoned transformation leader with a strong track record in leading complex, enterprise-wide change. This role will help guide DCMI’s thought leadership and practical frameworks for transformation leaders worldwide.
Ideal background includes:
- Executive or board-level leadership in large-scale transformations.
- Expertise in change leadership, strategy execution, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience advising senior leaders or boards.
- Commitment to evidence-based and practitioner-led approaches.
